Water Testing Services

The Water testing facility of Spectro Research Lab Ventures (P) Ltd. is extremely competent to carry out a host of tests on various kinds of water, be it water for construction purposes, drinking or any other type of water like industrial effluents, boiler waters, packaged mineral water etc. Hence, it is able to serve a wide variety of industries and also the common man. Since the laboratory is NABL accredited, its technical competence is well accepted. Spectro conducts tests of all kinds of water using state-of-the-art instrumentation and microbiological testing. The tests are conducted as per various national and international standards like IS, APHA, ASTM etc.

Water quality issues influence human beings, industrial processes, and environment. Hence, it is essential to monitor the quality of water and prevent contamination problems. Various parameters (Physical, Chemical & Biological) of water are tested which serve as indicators for the quality and implications of its use, like Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), pH, Oil & Grease, hydrocarbons, phenolic compounds, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), etc.

The various specifications followed by Spectro for Water testing are as follows:
